Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Everthread. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Everthread to generate content that is illegal, harmful to minors, or intended to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
AI-Generated Content
Story responses are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). The AI can produce unexpected, inaccurate, or fictional content. Everthread does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated text. You use AI features at your own discretion.
Payments & Refunds
Story coins are purchased via Stripe. All purchases are final — coins are consumed when used and cannot be refunded. If you experience a billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Limitation of Liability
Everthread is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or AI-generated content you find objectionable.
